hat is Chenille?
Chenille is a fabric made with fringed silken thread used as the weft in combination with wool or cotton.
At Gordon Intl. chenille is used for various products including patches,
yeardates, logos, bars, chevrons, and numbers to list a few. Customers
most commonly use chenille to customize their Varsity Jackets.
hich layer is chenille?
If you look at the picure on the right, you can see
that the felt is the base of the letter, and the chenille
is woven on top of the felt. Both of the materials
are clearly distinguished in the picture on the right.

Standard chenille varsity letters usually ship within 3-4 weeks, depending on the quantity of your order
some production times may be up to 6 weeks. Custom chenille items will take an additional 1-2 weeks for
artwork approval.
